Kyle Soble is a young up and coming Lighting Designer currently based in New York City. Having received his Bachelors of Fine Arts from East Carolina University and his Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Washington, Kyle has extensive experience in the worlds of theatre, burlesque, opera, circus, and live events. His most recent works include Moisture Festival 2017, As You Like It and Bridge Project 2017. His passions for lighting has lead him on an adventure of artistic exploration as he pursues his dreams of becoming a Broadway Lighting Designer. 

Kyle has worked as both an Assistant and Associate Lighting designer. His most recent works were as an Assistant to Ken Posner on The Prom, Associate the Chris Akerlind at the Wexford Festival Opera in Wexford Ireland, and as the Lighting Intern to Don Holder on the national tour of The King & I.

Kyle has also been working as a production manager in the burlesque community have coordinated such projects as The Land of Sweets: The Burlesque Nut Cracker and Through The Looking Glass: The Alice in Wonderland Burlesque with local Seattle company Verlaine & McCann. 

Kyle is also a freelance moving light programmer having recently complete DreamGirls at The Village Theatre under Lighting Designer Tom Sterge
